1. Suitable Object
The content of this article is applicable to the inspection of various daily chemical Airless Bottles, and the content is for reference only.
2. Terms And Definitions
Definition of surface primary and secondary surfaces:the appearance of the product should be evaluated according to the importance of the surface under normal use;
Main face: After the overall combination, the exposed parts that are concerned. Such as the top, middle and visible parts of the product.
Secondary surface:After the overall combination, the hidden parts and the exposed parts that are not noticed or not easy to find. Such as the bottom of the product.
3. Quality Defect Level
Fatal defect: Violation of relevant laws and regulations, or causing harm to the human body during production, transportation, sales and use.
Serious defcts: Involving functional quality and safety affected by structural quality, directly affecting the sales of products or making the sold products fail to achieve the expected effect, and unqualified consumers will feel uncomfortable reactions when using them.
General defects: related to the appearance quality, but do not affect the product structure and functional experience, and will not have a major impact on the appearance of the product, but make consumers feel uncomfortable when using it.

Appearance Quality Requirements
1. Appearance Basic Standard:
Airless bottles should be complete, smooth, without cracks, burrs, deformation, oil stains, shrinkage, clear and full threads; airless bottles and lotion bottles should be complete, smooth, and clean, with straight, smooth, full threads, and no burrs or holes , no obvious scars, stains, deformation, no obvious dislocation of the parting line. The transparent bottle should be transparent and clear.
2. Surface And Graphic Printing
Color difference: the color is uniform, in line with the specified color or within the range of the sealed sample of the color plate.
Printing and bronzing (silver): fonts and patterns should be correct, clear, and uniform, without obvious deviation, dislocation, or defect; bronzing (silver) should be complete, without missing stamping, misalignment, obvious overlapping or jagged.
Wipe the printed part back and forth twice with gauze soaked in disinfectant alcohol, and there is no phenomenon of printing discoloration and bronzing (silver) falling off.
3. Adhesion Requirements:
Hot Stamping/Printing Adhesion
Use 3M600 to cover the printed and hot-colored parts, smooth and press back and forth 10 times to make the covered parts free of air bubbles, and then tear off instantly at a 45-degree angle without printing and hot-colored peeling off. Slight shedding does not affect the overall recognition acceptable. The bronzing and silver parts should be torn slowly.
Electroplating/Spraying Adhesion
Use a utility knife to draw 4 to 6 squares with a side length of about 0.2cm on the electroplating/spraying part (scratch the electroplating/spraying coating), stick it to the square with 3M-810 tape for 1 minute Tear it off quickly at an angle of 45°-90° without falling off.

Structural Quality Requirements
1. Size Control
Dimensional control: After cooling, the dimensions of all assembled products are controlled within the tolerance range, and the assembly function and packaging must not be affected.
Functionally important dimensions: e.g. mouth seal dimensions
Internal dimensions related to filling: as dimensions related to full capacity.
Dimensions related to packaging: such as length, width, height.
After cooling, all the accessories are assembled into finished products, and vernier calipers are used to detect the influence on the function and the obstruction of the packaging size. The dimensional accuracy error affects the coordination of the function.
2. Bottle Body Requirements
The buckles of the inner bottle and the outer bottle should be clamped in place, and the degree of tightness should be appropriate; the assembly tension of the middle sleeve and the outer bottle should be ≥ 50N;
The combination of the inner bottle and the outer bottle should not rub against the inner wall to prevent scratches;
3. Discharge Volume, Volume, First Discharge:
Fill the bottle with 3/4 colored water or solvent, lock the pump head and the bottle tightly, press the pump 3 to 9 times to discharge the liquid, and the spray volume and volume are within the set requirements.
Put the measuring cup on the electronic scale stably, after zeroing, spray the liquid in the container, the weight of the liquid sprayed ÷ the number of sprays = the spray volume; the spray volume, a single deviation of ± 15%, the average allowable 5 -10% deviation. (The amount of discharge is based on the type of pump selected by the customer for sealing samples or the customer's clear requirements)
4. The Number Of Sprays
Fill the bottle with 3/4 colored water or emulsion, press the pump and the locking teeth of the bottle firmly on the pump cap, spray no more than 8 times (colored water) or 10 times (emulsion) for the first time, or refer to the sealed sample according to the specific Implementation of the evaluation criteria;
5. Bottle Capacity
Put the product to be tested on the electronic scale stably, after zeroing, pour water into the container, and use the data displayed by the electronic scale as the test volume. The test data must meet the requirements of the design.
6. Airless Bottle And Supporting Requirements
A. Cooperate with the piston
Sealing test: After the product is naturally cooled for 4 hours, the piston and the tube body are assembled and filled with water, and left for 4 hours, there is a sense of resistance and no water leakage.
Extrusion test: After standing for 4 hours, cooperate with the pump to perform extrusion test until the content is squeezed out and the piston can move up to the top.
B. Cooperate with the pump head
The hand feeling of pressing and testing the spray should be smooth, and there should be no obstruction;
C. Cooperate with the bottle cap
The screw thread of the cap and the bottle body rotates smoothly without any stagnation;
The outer cover and the inner cover should be assembled in place without skewing or improper assembly;
The inner cover does not fall off when subjected to a tensile test of ≥30N in the axial direction;
The gasket will not fall off under the tensile force of not less than 1N;
After the standard outer cover is matched with the thread of the corresponding bottle body, the gap is 0.1~0.8mm.
The aluminum oxide parts are assembled with the corresponding cap and bottle body with glue, and the tensile force after drying for 24 hours is ≥50N;

Functional Quality Requirements
1. Sealing Test Requirements
Through the airless box test, there must be no leakage.
2. Screw Torque
Fix the assembled bottle or jar on the special fixture of the torque meter, rotate the cap by hand, and the data displayed on the torque meter shall prevail to achieve the required test force; the torque value corresponding to the thread diameter shall comply with the regulations in the normative appendix. There is no sliding phenomenon within the screw teeth of airless bottles and lotion bottles within the specified rotational torque value.
3. High And Low Temperature Test
The bottle body has no deformation, discoloration, rupture, or leakage.
4. Compatibility Test
No obvious decolorization, shedding phenomenon, not to be mistaken.

Acceptance Method Reference
1. Appearance
Test environment: 100W cool white fluorescent lamp, the light source is 50~55cm away from the surface of the object to be tested (illumination reaches 500~550LUX). The distance between the surface of the object to be tested and the eye: 30~35cm. The angle between the line of sight and the surface of the object to be tested: 45 ±15 ° Inspection time: ≤12 S. The inspectors have unaided or corrected visual acuity above 1.0 and no color blindness.
Dimensions: Measure the sample with a ruler or a vernier caliper with a precision of 0.02mm and record the value.
Weight: Use an electronic scale with a division value of 0.01g to weigh the sample and record the value.
Capacity: weigh the sample on an electronic scale with a graduation value of 0.01g, remove the gross weight of the bottle, pour tap water into the sample bottle to the full mouth and record the volume conversion value (if necessary, directly inject the paste or mix the density of water and paste conversion).
2. Sealing Measurement
Fill the container (such as a bottle) with 3/4 colored water (60-80% colored water); then match the pump , sealing plug, sealing cap and other related accessories, and tighten the pump or sealing cap according to the standard; Place the sample sideways and upside down in the tray (a white paper is placed in the tray in advance) and put it into the vacuum drying oven; lock the isolation door of the airless drying oven, start the airless drying oven, and airless to -0.06Mpa for 5 minutes; Then close the airless drying oven, open the isolation door of the airless drying oven; take out the sample, observe whether there is water stain on the white paper of the tray and the surface of the sample; then take the sample out and place it on the test bench, and gently tap the pump /seal Cover it a few times; wait for 5 seconds and unscrew it slowly (to prevent the color water from being taken out when the pump /seal cap is unscrewed, resulting in misjudgment), and observe the colorless water outside the sealing area of the sample.
Special requirements: If the customer requires a airless leak test under a certain high temperature condition, it is only necessary to set the temperature of the airless drying oven to meet this condition, and operate according to steps 4.1 to 4.5. {In addition, when the airless leak test negative pressure condition (negative pressure value/holding time) is inconsistent with the customer, please conduct the test according to the airless leak test negative pressure condition finally confirmed with the customer}
Visually check that there is colorless water outside the sealing area of the sample, and the colorless water is qualified. Visually check that there is colorless water outside the sealing area of the sample, and colored water is unqualified. If the color water outside the sealing area of the piston in the container exceeds the second sealing area (the lower edge of the piston), it is unqualified, and if it exceeds the first sealing area (the upper edge of the piston), the color water area will be judged according to the degree.
3. Low Temperature Test Requirements:
Airless bottles and Lotion Bottles filled with clean water (insoluble particle size should not be greater than 0.002mm), put them in the refrigerator at -10°C~-15°C, take them out after 24 hours, and recover at room temperature for 2 hours, no cracks or deformations , discoloration, cream leakage, water leakage and other phenomena.
4. High Temperature Test Requirements
Airless bottles and lotion bottles filled with clean water (the particle size of insoluble matter should not be greater than 0.002mm), put them in a constant temperature box +50°C ± 2°C, take them out after 24 hours, and recover at room temperature for 2 hours, no cracks or deformations are found in the test , discoloration, cream leakage, water leakage and other phenomena.

Packaging Requirements
The packaging carton should not be dirty or damaged, and the inside of the box should be lined with a plastic protective bag. Bottles and caps that are easily scratched should be packaged to avoid scratches. Each box is packed in a fixed quantity, and the box is sealed in the shape of "I" with tape, and mixed packing is not allowed. Each batch of shipments is attached with a factory inspection report, and the outer box is marked with product name, specification, quantity, production date, manufacturer, etc., which must be clearly identifiable.
