1. Coloring process

Electroplating refers to a surface processing method in which in a salt solution containing the metal to be plated, the base metal to be plated is used as the cathode, and through electrolysis, the cations of the metal to be plated in the plating solution are deposited on the surface of the base metal to form a coating. .

The effect of electroplating is relatively bright, and it is generally used in bottle cap pump heads, and bottle body electroplating is also available, and the cost is relatively high. The electroplating process is not very environmentally friendly, and it is often spot-checked for environmental protection at the end of the year, which will affect the delivery schedule.

3). Spraying: Compared with electroplating, the color is dull and dull

Spraying refers to a coating method in which a spray gun or a disc atomizer is used to disperse into uniform and fine mist droplets by means of pressure or centrifugal force and apply them to the surface of the object to be coated. In the application of cosmetic bottles, there are several treatment methods including spraying outside the inner bottle, spraying inside the outer bottle, and spraying the surface of the bottle.

Spraying on the outside of the inner bottle: it is spraying on the outside of the inner bottle (liner). There is an obvious gap between the outer bottle and the outer bottle from the appearance.

4). Frosting: a layer of frosted texture.

2. Printing process

Mainly refers to the various processes of printing the text pattern on the bottle.

1). Screen printing: 

Use the screen as the plate base, and make a screen printing plate with graphics through the photosensitive plate making method. Screen printing consists of five major elements, screen printing plate, squeegee, ink, printing table and substrate. Use the basic principle that the graphic part of the screen printing plate can pass through the ink, and the non-graphic part of the mesh cannot pass through the ink.

After printing, the effect has obvious concave-convex feeling. Because it is a layer of ink. Silk screen regular bottles (cylindrical) can be printed at one time. 2). Hot stamping: 

Hot stamping, also known as hot stamping, is a printing decoration process. The metal printing plate is heated, and the foil is placed on the printed matter to emboss the golden text or pattern. It uses the principle of heat transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in anodized aluminum to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Because the main material used in hot stamping is anodized aluminum foil, hot stamping is also called anodized aluminum hot stamping.

3). Water transfer printing: 

It is a way to print the color pattern on the transfer paper on the surface of the three-dimensional product by using water pressure. The printed lines are inconsistent. And the price is more expensive.

4). Thermal transfer printing: 

Thermal transfer printing is a technology that prints patterns or patterns on heat-resistant adhesive paper, and prints the pattern of the ink layer on the finished material by heating and pressing. Multi-color patterns can be formed at one time by thermal transfer film printing, no need for color registration, and simple equipment can also print realistic patterns. Thermal transfer printing is mostly used for products with large volume and complex printing. It belongs to attaching a layer of film on the surface. The price is on the expensive side.

5). Offset printing: 

It is mostly used for aluminum-plastic hoses and all-plastic hoses. If the offset printing is a colored hose, silk screen printing must be used when making white, as the offset printing will show the background color. And sometimes a layer of bright film or sub-film is attached to the surface of the hose.

6). 3D embossed UV printing:

3-layer printing function, 3-layer printing of white, color, and varnish can be carried out at one time. When printing on any medium, use the white ink that can reproduce the color reduction for pretreatment, and add a layer of varnish to the surface layer at the same time. More beautiful printing effect. This process is relatively expensive and not widely used.
